Progressive Truck and Tractor has been servicing diesel trucks and equipment for over 20 years. We offer a diverse range of services, from routine maintenance to complete engine overhauls and performance improvement products. Our talented team has extensive knowledge with light, medium and heavy duty trucks, as well as construction, agriculture and lawn equipment. Today’s vehicles are complex and with Len’s love for the details, he and his crew are able to diagnose, repair, and return them to their owners promptly.  The downtime is minimal and the diagnoses are accurate the first time. 

The company literally began in our garage and has thankfully grown to its size and location where we are today. Len Earsom was born and raised in Bixby, Oklahoma where he still resides and is raising his family. By the age of twelve he built his first car by himself. It was a 1946 Ford truck. When he was fifteen, he rebuilt a 1955 Chevy Bel Air, from the engine, powertrain, paint, and body work, he did it all. Len also built a front engine dragster and has owned and raced several cars.  Bringing engines to life, creating power, and attending to the details has always been his passion. This led to the creation of Progressive Truck and Tractor and has been instrumental in the continued success the team has.
